[Plugin: Special Text Boxes] code to make plugin https-aware

Could you provide the code to make the css file include in the header https-aware? It’d mean changing line 68 of stb-class.php like this: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-events-manager-wp_plugin_url-and-https but help with the actual syntax would be much appreciated!

using the plugins_url() method might be a good upgrade for the next version, too!
