[Plugin: SplashGate] Splash for homepage only

I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the splash page display only when a user tries to visit the home page, and not one of the interior pages.

So if a user visits http://www.website.com the splash will display, but if the user navigates to http://www.website.com/contact via a link, bookmark, manually entering the URL, etc., they would bypass the splash.
