[Plugin: Spots] Template not working

Since updating to version 1.1.0, I can’t get a new template to work.

I’ve gone back to basics and tried your example from the plugin page of:

<div class="spot">
    <?php the_content(); ?>
</div>

The template file is called spot-welcome.php and when I edit the spot it allows me to assign the Welcome template and update the spot.

However, once a template is assigned nothing outputs on the front end despite there been content in the content field.

I’ve tried disabling the cache but this doesn’t help.

Any suggestions?
