Will bulk optimize or anything work if I’m missing optipng, gifsicle, Gmagick and imagick? I’m not a programmer and don’t understand the instructions for installing them.

If you have jpegtran, then you can optimize JPG images just fine. You can also turn off optipng and gifsicle on the advanced tab to make the warnings go away.
