plugin stays active after uninstallation

    I decided to make this extension unactive for a bit. It stayed on top of the computer screen.
    I decided to uniinstall it: it is still there on top of page! can you help get rid of it?

    Hi

    It just sounds like it might be cached. If you have deactivated the plugin, it won’t still be displaying the notice. I checked your site and I couldn’t see the notice.

    Actually it does still show on other browser. but in the menu on the phone.
    that is strange. I inactivated super cache.
    It just stays there on every page… : Politique de cookie.
    not like a link tab that appears but a full length: politique de cookie

    I just really installed the extension for a few minutes before deciding I didn’t need this warning at this time (too distractive).
    After uninstalling, the extension left a link in the menu (that blocks the top ads) How can I get rid of it? Wish someone would look really into it and see if the link is there ?? This is not normal. I made almost all my extension inactive for now while waiting.
    would mind if it was on the bottom of the page though…

    what appears on chrome inspect:

    You need to delete the Politique de cookie page from your site and your menu
