Plugin still add items to cart

    Hi There
    I am currently using your free version of the plugin. I ticket the box “if min/max requirements no passed hide checkout button” and “Prevent add to cart Doesn’t add products when limit reached” but for some or the other reason the cart button still allow checkout for product cost with minimum setting of R500 per item. It give the message on the cart page but it still add the products to the cart?

    Please can you assist?

    Do you use minimum quantity limitation or maximum quantity?

    Hi Oleg,

    Thank you coming back to me.

    I am using minimum amount limitation on a single product. The product is however a smart composite product with WPC Smart Composite plugin.

    It show the message on the cart but it still allow you to check out and go to the cart but even if you on the cart page and you added more items to make up the limit of R500 or more it still does not allow you to proceed to check out.

    I really need assistance here.

    Hello,

    “Prevent add to cart Doesn’t add products when limit reached” will work for minimum quantity only if limitation set to single product, you can set it on filter edit page or in paid version enable “Each product” option on limitation edit page.
