plugin still in admin panel after uninstall

    I uninstalled your plugin because the top row of buttons would not depress so I couldn’t even get started to try it, but after uninstalling, it remains listed on my admin panel. After the uninstall, the browser moved to an unfamiliar link instead of the usual page that confirms that the plugin was deleted. I have deleted other plugins before this one and afterwards with no problem at all, so it appears to be a problem unique to this one only??

    PS: I cleared all cookies, cache, etc. and restarted computer and browser but plugin remains on the admin panel list.
