Plugin Still Supported?

    I use MainWP and it is telling me this plugin has been abandoned. Is that the case? I have your plugin running on many websites.

    This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

    Not abandoned. A little neglected maybe. Life’s been pretty busy and I haven’t had as much time for my open source stuff as I used to. But I hope to continue supporting them.

    Appreciate the quick response Matt. What risks are there if we continue to run this plug-in? I know the standard “won’t work with future versions of WordPress”, would you elaborate on what issues we could potentially see? Or how to know when it stops working? Thanks!

    there are no known issues to be on the lookout for. the warning you saw is automatically applied to plugins who haven’t updated their “stable” version number in the plugin read me file.
