  • Hi Websenior,

Sorry to hear you seem to be experiencing issues with our plugin.

Could you please upgrade to the latest version of the plugin and re-run the project? The ‘grant access to support’ feature has been removed a couple of weeks ago as it was against WordPress guidelines.

    All the best,
    Eva

ps: no need having to write the title and tags of this forum post in uppercase πŸ™‚

I am going to close this issue now for housekeeping reasons. Please feel free to reach out again in-case you have more questions or need more help.

Hi Eva, probably you didn’t receive my latest reply… I wrote on 06/21/18:

I already tried to update plugin, now it is 3.2.6, but issue is not solved, processing stop at 7%…

    Would you please help me?

We did indeed not receive any reply from you.

When a feed is stuck this typically is caused by:
    – WP Cron being disabled or restricted
    – A firewall / caching plugin preventing the plugin from writing products to a file
    – Changes in the server configuration (old PHP version for example)

Hope this gives you some leads as to why your feed is stuck?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hello Eva,

thanks for your reply. I checked WP cron status and it works, I also use WP CRON CHECKER plugin that say “WP-Cron is working”. Please note that neither firewall/caching nor server is changed, it just stop works after update many products at once.

What can I do? Can you look further into the issue logging in my WP?

Sory, but we are not allowed to do this (WordPress guidelines).

Have you tried creating a complete new feed to check of that too gets stuck?

    Best,
    Eva

    Hi Eva,

yes I tried to delete the feed and create a new one, but gets stuck to 7% again… I need a help or I will have to use another plugin…

    Hi websenior,

I am really sorry but I am a bit out of options here and would not know how I can help you any further. 99 out of 100 times a stuck feed really indicates an issue with the WP Cron so if I would have to guess it really has to do something with that.

    All the best,
    EVa

Hi Eva, I have another website with your plugin on the same server, and works perfectly with same WP cron… problem begin when I update most of the products in the shop…

What do you mean with “I am a bit out of options”? So you don’t give any support?

I am a bit offended by your question / remark if we don’t give any support. I think our relies to your questions for help and this entire forum says enough about our willingness to support our users.

That being said: we are no longer allowed to log in on WordPress environments of our users (WordPress policy for which our plugin got banned a couple of weeks ago) so all we can do it advise you what the most likely reasons are that you are experiencing issues. If none of those solve the issue at hand than we are out of options unfortunately.

    All the best,
    Eva

So that’s what I say: you don’t offer any support, because you still remark that problem is on WP cron, but it isn’t, and you don’t provide ANY other solution, probably you don’t have any other idea about the issue…

Thanks anyway, I will change plugin

Good luck with finding a plugin that works better and offers better support.

    All the best,
    Eva
