    Since around March 26, we’ve noticed that the plugin stopped logging visitors. We used to see 1,000+ logs per day, and now it’s down to just 20 logs showing in the Clean Talks dashboard — even though our site traffic has stayed the same or even increased (confirmed via Google Analytics and Omnisend and Siteground).

    We haven’t made any changes on our end. Here’s our setup:

    • No CDN
    • FlyingPress for caching (with moderate settings)
    • SiteGround Security Optimizer, used only for admin login protection
    • Google Analytics (with bot filtering)

    Does anyone have a similar issue?

    We need to know the name of your site so we can check our plugin and logs. Please tell us the name of your site or its Service #. You can find the Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name.

    Our support case has been open with your team since March 26, and the issue remains unresolved. We received your email today and replied with screenshots and reports clearly showing the problem.

    To clarify:
    This is not related to logs backup. The issue is that visitor activity is no longer being logged as it was previously. This logging stopped entirely around the end of March. Cleantalk logs only a few visitors a day.

    Please review the details we provided and advise us on the next steps to resolve this.
