Plugin stopped logging all visitors

Since around March 26, we’ve noticed that the plugin stopped logging visitors. We used to see 1,000+ logs per day, and now it’s down to just 20 logs showing in the Clean Talks dashboard — even though our site traffic has stayed the same or even increased (confirmed via Google Analytics and Omnisend and Siteground).
We haven’t made any changes on our end. Here’s our setup:
- No CDN
- FlyingPress for caching (with moderate settings)
- SiteGround Security Optimizer, used only for admin login protection
- Google Analytics (with bot filtering)
Does anyone have a similar issue?
