    Hi Tatvic,
    I use the free version of this plugin. It all worked great. But recently it stopped tracking the transactions from woocommerce. It does show the sessions, users, etc. But it says there are no transactions, no revenue and 0.00 order value. I manually added some orders, and some orders are placed through the shop front-end. These are not shown. Can you please help me? Nothing has changed in the settings, and I use the most recent version of the plugin.

    Hi Tatvic. No nothing has changed, that’s why it is so strange! I use the Divi theme in combination with Woocommerce. Can you please help me?

    Hi Tatvic.

    I think I figured out what goes wrong, but I don’t have a solution yet. I have a multilingual website which is translated with WPML.
    – If customers place an order on the Dutch global check-out page, it is registrered by Tatvic. Great!
    – If customers place an order on the English global check-out, it is not registred by Tatvic. Help me!
    – If I process a manual order in the backoffice of Woocommerce, it is not registrered by Tatvic. Help me!

    Do you have a solution for this?

    Hi @marjoleinpoels ,

    Currently, the plugin doesn’t support multilingual and multisite features.

    However, we already have these feature enhancements in our roadmap and should be made available in the upcoming days.
