the warning messages are related to the text for paragraph counting/clearance:
paragraphs above avoid, paragraphs below avoid and contain/do not contain paragraph text.
But it’s just a warning, the plugin should still work.
Can you please try to clear those texts to see if the problem disappears?

We may need to examine your settings to diagnose the problem.
After checking the warning message the issue might be related to the invalid charset for PHP on web server.
I would suggest to contact your hosting company to check PHP settings.
