Plugin stopped working

    My social share buttons just stopped working, out of the blue. They don’t appear at all. They worked this morning and now they don’t. (They’re supposed to be displaying at the top and bottom of the post, with some of them also floating on the left. All of them are simply missing.)

    I’m not aware of having changed anything on my end. (I updated a couple other plugins, but they were, and are, inactive.)

    Should I be trying to track down a problem, or is there a known glitch?

    I’ve got the same problem as you, and i was waiting for someone to answer… but i think this guy found the solution xD

    The sharing buttons are hidden when you’re logged in. Now we need to find how to allow them again.

    You’re absolutely right! Did I just never notice that before, or did it change recently?

    Well, that’s an easy fix, anyway — I just need to visit the page from an incognito window if I need to use the share buttons.

    Hello ,

    For the last two days I’ve had the same problems as you – none of my share buttons appear and neither does the related content section.

    Does anyone know what the fix is please? I followed the ‘this guy’ link above but I can’t see a fix???

    Nothing else has been changed/updated so it must be the plug-in but the support for it appears to be totally silent.

    Thanks so much for flagging this.

    Carlos’ diagnosis is correct – the issue surfaced specifically for logged in users ~ Monday afternoon Eastern US time.

    We have released a fix for the issue (there is no need to upgrade the plugin).

    We would appreciate it if you can please confirm whether now Shareaholic toolkit loads for you when signed in? Thank you!
