Plugin stopped working

I’m not sure what happened, but the plugin has stopped working. It scrolled last week but after some development elsewhere something happened.

I know this from the fact that it doesn’t scroll anymore and the plugin does not populate any classes to the links in the navigation. The links work now as ordinary anchor links.
-plugin is active
-rels are correct both in appearance > Menus and the links themselves
-I haven’t added any extra selectors
-animation speed is 1300 and animation speed adjustment disabled
-did not use shortcodes
