I’ve noticed this bug as well; for me, this appears to only delay it showing up (by about 15 seconds) — and importantly, the bug only appears on the admin section. If you aren’t logged into the site, it’s showing up normally.
Is that the case for you as well?

Ok I haven’t really given it time and thought it just wasn’t working and yes I was logged in as admin at the time.
I will test this tomorrow and report back, thanks for the heads up.

I actually got this working by disabling come components of Jetpack. Here’s what I have enabled:
Comments
Subscriptions
Carousel
Tiled Galleries
Sidebar Widgets
Enhanced Distribution
Perhaps that helps narrow it down?

Nailed it tonight!
Weird as soon as I activate Jetpack all was fine still.
As soon as I connect to ww.wp.xz.cn and then try my website again it would knock it out.
I deactivted each section in jetpack and still nothing although I was still connected to ww.wp.xz.cn.
Dissconected from there with the plugin still activated(jetpack) and checked my website (after clearing the browser cache each time) and still it would not work.
As soon as I de-activted Jetpack it worked!
After running more tests I found out it was actually W3 Total Cache which was causing the problems.
I disabled this plugin and re-enabled jetpack, connected to ww.wp.xz.cn in the plugin and activated all within and it worked!
I noticed W3 Total Cache has a new version out so I upgraded the new version of the plugin and activated it and now everything is working fine!
Check if you have W3 Total cache and if so try the same and let me know if it is a success?

We’re not using any caching, so perhaps we’re experiencing different issues.

Out of interest have you tried disabling all pugins except those 2?
And what is the result?
