Can you please send me the facebook url which you have set in the admin panel?
The url which I was previously able to connect to is:

The funny thing is that after further testing, I was able to successfully connect to other public Facebook pages with no problem, so maybe there is a problem with this Facebook public page and not the plugin itself. There doesn’t seem to be a conflict with other plugins and I don’t even have that many plugins to begin with. I tried deactivating it and reinstalling it, but it doesn’t help. It’s supposed to show 111 likes.
I also have this plugin installed on other websites and it does work, but it doesn’t seem to work for this Facebook page anymore.
Yes, you should set the “page visibility settings” to public and to all ages 🙂

If your Page has age or country restrictions, you won’t be able to see it when you’re logged out of Facebook.
you’ll need to remove all age and country restrictions:
Log into your account and go to your Page
Click Settings at the top of your Page
From General, click Country Restrictions, then click x next to any listed countries and click Save Changes
Click Age Restrictions, select Anyone (13+) and click Save Changes
