    Hi, Our Memphis Documents Library stopped working after the last update to Version 3.8.3

    I’ve disabled every single plugin running on the site, and tried a different theme, but I can’t get it working again.

    There are 2 file types only: pdf and docx. Neither of them work.
    We now get: We can’t open xxxx.docx because we found a problem with it’s content. The file is corrupt and cannot be opened.
    AND
    Failed to load PDF document.

    Any help you can give me would be very appreciated. We love the using your plugin!

  • Man. Just create account on some hosting company which has trial period. Then upload your website backup to this hosting and check if this error still exist. If not – look at your server config… or something else.

    sounds like the timeout issue is causing the error. but it isn’t helpful at all.

    The =null is normal and won’t cause any issues.

    Next I would try and FTP into your upload/mdocs directory and manually try to download a file and see what happens.

    Another weird thing on your site is when you try to access any folder it redirects all traffic back to the home page, not the normal 404 page.. you may want to look into that as well could be cause a error loop.
