Plugin stopped working after update

hi,

after the last update (v 2.2.1) the custom permalinks do not work anymore. accessing a page results in a 404 error. disabling the plugin makes my page working again but of course with the original permalinks only.

not only pages with a custom taxonomy are effected but also pages. everything that is not the home page isn’t working anymore.
