Plugin Stopped Working on Live Site

Everything worked great while the site was in development, moved it to the root folder and now offers do not work.

Disabled all plugins but WooCommerce and Offers, did not work, deleted installation, reinstalled latest version, nope. Emails are not received and it is not even creating offers in the Manage Offers screen.

When an offer is submitted, it says it was sent successfully, but nothing really happens. Before moving, it worked fine, same theme, same plugins and everything is the same, it was just in a different directory. It sent emails, I could counter/accept, it would send the discount coupon code which adjusted the cart price. Great plugin, exactly what we’re looking for.. 🙂

But then it just stopped. I’ve tried everything I know and been through all the support threads.
