• I added the plugin to one of my websites. It caused my website to stop working – inconsistent home page display across browsers, the search function stopped working.

My hosting provider downgraded my PHP version to 7.4, at which point the website worked. I noted that the Multidots plugin said that it required a minimum PHP version of 8.1.

I disabled the Multidots plugin, and then upgraded the website to PHP 8.4. It worked fine.

Then, re-enabled the Multidots plugin, and the website stopped working.

I have now removed the Multidots plugin.

    Hi Bryan,

Thanks for your patience and for sharing the details with us.

I understand that you have already removed the plugin from your site. However, our team has reviewed the issue and prepared an updated fixed version of the plugin.

Could you please give this updated plugin ZIP file one more try on your site?

Download updated plugin from here – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oulYGe312W42GdnkTIyAR0Lax3c5LJVT/view

After installing it, please check whether the issue is resolved. If everything works fine, that would be great.

If you still face any issue, please share the error message, screenshot, or a short screen recording with us. We will review it further and help you fix it.

Thank you again for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
