We’ve had the plugin running for quite a while, but a few months back, it stopped new users from registering. Stops them with the “show you are not a bot” but never displays the “test” pictures – just a loop.

I see the plugin is not tested with the WP version we are running. Any options?

WordPress: 6.8.1

Ultimate Member: 2.10.5

UM reCAPTCHA: 2.3.8

Hi @liljawiesbaden,

Check your form settings. After updating, I had similar issues with other forms. After I set reCAPTCHA status to Yes and the default score, everything worked again.

Thanks for the idea. I went into the settings and the Google reCAPTCHA was active and score set to 0.5.

I unabled it, saved changes, then enabled it, but no change. Still says “confirm you are not a robot” but without any of the images being displayed.

It seems it was due to a cache issue. We deactivated it as it also caused issues with the CommonsBookings and duplicate reservations.
