Hi,

Today i updated your plugin. And i got mails from costumers than they cant check out. I saw that disabled fields arent removed, and a header is missing and also my wooreer plugin stopped working. I rolled back to 6.0.5 and it works again.

I use 6.0.5 now and it works again. Upgrading to latest version gives problems.
