Plugin stops working

    Hello,

    The plugin has been running for more than a year and suddenly it stopped.
    The plugin is installed in two of my sites thephilippinepride.com and pinoyobserver.com. It stopped on the first site while it has no problem on the second site. Same set of plugins are installed on both sites and same wp version too.

    Please check and let me know.

    Hi,

    Thank you for opening a support topic.

    I checked the website and it seems like a minification script you are running is messing up the javascript on your website. I get the following error:
    ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    What I would suggest to try is any or some of the following
    1. Disable the javascript minfication plugin
    2. Exclude jQuery from minification (if possible)

    clear the cookies afterwards if necessary and test it again.

    I tried doing your suggestion but still the same problem. I can’t see the box popping up. Can you please check again? I’m sorry I don’t know how to check..

    I already disabled all plugins that might cause the problem, still the same. Both sites are hosted in the same server.

    I checked out your website and it seems to be appearing now. Make sure to clear the cookies and the cache before loading.
