Plugin "store" down?

Hello,

All of a sudden (without changing my setup) I get an error while searching for a new plugin from my dashboard. The error says (in Dutch) that something is wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or my server configuration.
However, I was successfully searching plugins just seconds before I got this warning. And no matter how much I refresh, I keep getting the error and no search results.

Any idea what’s up?
