[Plugin: Stream Video Player] WP 3.1 .2 Toolbar missing in visual editor

    Hi
    First of all i want to thank Rodrigo for a great plugin. I have managed to get it to work with one encoded m4v-file in IE8, FF4, Safari5 and iPhone. Great!
    The only thing is that the toolbar (buttons) in visual editor disapears when th plugin is activated with WP version 3.1.2.
    Am i the only one with this problem or is it a knowh bug?
