Plugin stuck at “choose your poll type”.

    I have tried installing three seperate times this specific Poll Maker, and every time it gets stuck in the “choose your poll type” page when I try to add a new poll. I choose my type, but then nothing works, the buttons don’t respond, even the pop-up help message on the bottom doesn’t respond. I basically can’t do anything.

    How can I make it work?

    Please provide us with the following information so that we can check the case and help you accordingly as soon as possible.

    1. The plugin version you are using.
    2. The PHP version you are using.
    3. Please click on the F12 key, open your Console > Error tab, and screenshot it. Then, provide us with the screenshot so that we can check the availability of errors.

    Plugin version of the Ays Poll Maker is 4.9.0

    PHP version is 7.4.33

    Dear @jerzyna97,

    Thank you for your reply and the info.

    As far as we understand, there is a JavaScript conflict that comes from another plugin you are using.

    So, please make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose your data.
    Then, please do troubleshooting by deactivating the plugins one by one, to understand which plugin is the cause.
