    Hi,

Based on the screenshots you’ve provided, it looks like there’s a problem with the plugin’s installation. The appearance you’re seeing isn’t normal; it suggests that some of the plugin’s styles or scripts are not loading correctly.

This kind of issue is often caused by a conflict with another plugin or your theme. To figure out what’s causing the problem, I recommend temporarily enabling only the Super Page Cache plugin.

You can follow our troubleshooting guide on how to do this: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide. If the plugin’s interface appears correctly after you’ve disabled other plugins, it confirms a plugin conflict. From there, you can re-enable your plugins one by one to identify the specific one causing the issue.

    Kind regards,

    Rodica
