[Plugin: Subscribe2] reseted preferences and cleared subscribers

    Today I posted my new post on http://www.igorpureta.com via scheduled option. I have not received any mail notification which was strange. Later on I logged in and found out that preferences were set to default (English language) with all translations and modifications gone. Even more complete subscribers list is gone.
    Is there any way I can restore that list? Translation and modifications are not a problem but the list…
    I have made site backup with Online backup for WP few weeks ago but I cannot find file with subscribers or something that would help. Do you have any recommendation? Thanks anyhow!

    @igorpureta,

    The only way you’ll be able to restore is from a database backup. You’ll need to look in the tables for the _subscribe2 table and restore it’s contents.

    Hi,

    I just had the same problem with a scheduled post. No more preference settings and subscribers. It’s really serious issue and disappointing.

    Is there a fix?

    @inoxys,

    Until I can get enough information to identify the cause I can’t advise on a fix. I’m not seeing the same issue on my sites so that information will have to come from affected individuals like yourself.

    Versions of WordPress and Subscribe2, exact steps to see this issue and whether it happens every time and also your current theme and other plugins would be a good start.
