[Plugin: Subscribe2] Subscriber form doesn't appear

    I followed the installation instructions. I expected to see a form that allowed people to subscribe to my blog. However, the ‘Register’ page I created has the following:
    You may manage your subscription options from your profile.
    The ‘profile’ link takes me to a Notifications Settings page. Not sure wha’s going on.
