[Plugin: Subscribe2] Updated GERMAN Translation

I was not satisfied with the former German translation as it broke wordpress’ consistency by using informal terms (“du” instead of “Sie) when adressing the user or the admin. I did a translation of version 5.1 as that was the newest I was able to find. Still there are some strings that have not been internationalized and can’t be localized.
