Plugin suddenly not working

    Hi. I’m experiencing a problem with the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin. Basically, it suddenly stopped working, as you can see on the page that I linked to. I’m using the latest version of WordPress and my PHP version is 7.0. I hope you can give me some advice on how to fix this problem. Thanks.

    Hi Eric,

    navigate to Dashboard - Shortcodes - Settings and make sure that Shortcodes prefix field is empty. If it’s not, clear it and click on Save Changes button at the bottom of the settings page.
