Great plugin… I’m wondering how the admin is notified when the plug-in is used?

I have a membership site and want to give away a gift for the member referring us to their friends… how will I be notified (and know) who the member referred so I can send them a link to download their free gift?

Also, I’m getting “Can not send mail. Security code did not match” error during test phase, I’ve tried different emails and it keeps happening.
