    Hi,
    thanks for the great plugin.
    One function is missing from contact form 7 that I really need. I would like to include attachments to the support ticket. I tried to include the function by myself but I was not successful.
    Could you upgrade this function in a upcoming version?

    Not a bad idea. I had to have file uploads for something I did. I just used another plugin in conjunction with support tickets v2.
