[Plugin: Sync Facebook Events] Syncing Stopped

    Thanks for this great plugin — we’ve been using it on our site moderntimesbookstore.com for a couple of months now. However, it recently seems to have stopped working — the latest events have not been synced, and when I try to sync manually it just returns a blank screen.

    I double-checked the page ID and developer key and everything (even reset the key), but still nothing. To my knowledge, nothing major has changed on the site, except for some content.

    Any ideas on what could have gone wrong?

    Additional details that I recently learned/discovered:

    1. The person who had previously updated events said that the events had at one point been imported, and that they had edited the event listings via the Events Calendar plugin (including adding images), but they seem to have disappeared afterwards.

    2. I realized that it seems to be importing the events but dated December 31, 1969 — there are probably about 80 duplicate events for each FB event with that date.

    I’m manually fixing them now, but it would be great to have some insight on how to fix this for the future.
