[Plugin: SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] Show loading image until CSS loaded

Hi I am using your plugin, its cool. But the css and js takes some time to load, because of which the code is not displayed properly until it gets loaded.

Is it possible to show a loading image till that time and fadeIn() the final CODE?
