[Plugin: TablePress] Problem with greather-than / less-than symbols

    I’m putting examples of Excel in my table.
    For example:

    SUMIF(<range>,<criteria>,<sum_range>)

    Seems like TablePress does not like the greater than / smaller than symbols.
    Is there a solution?

    Update: there is only a problem if the symbols are used like a html tag:

    <test>
