[Plugin: Template Modules] Works only with 3.1

This doesn’t work with 3.0.1 even after patching. Once you install 3.1-alpha, the functions start working. I tried patching 3.0.1 with Darl Koopersmith’s patch, but it returned errors.

Thank you for plugin’izing this; it’s an interesting concept.
