Plugin (temporarily) closed?

    Hi,

    regarding “This plugin has been closed as of April 4, 2022 and is not available for download. This closure is temporary, pending a full review.”

    We have installed your plugin on one of our websites along with “The Events Calendar”. Via a report sent by the security plugin WordFence, we became aware that “Critical: *The Plugin “Events Shortcodes – The Events Calendar Addon” has been removed from ww.wp.xz.cn.”

    Can you please let us know
    – what are the reasons for the (temporary?) removal
    – if there is a timeline until reactivation (if planned) and
    – if it is safe to keep the plugin active on our website until re-activation?
    Or would you recommend to deinstall it (and look for an alternative) until the issue is solved?

    Hi @adalov,

    Thanks for using our plugin. Actually, there was some security issue inside our plugin so that’s why this is temporarily closed on the org. Don’t worry now we have fixed all security issues as well as we have improved the overall code.
