[Plugin: Testimonials Manager] Duplicate image name for uploaded imate

I’m using The Testimonials Manager v 2.03 plugin with Thesis 1.6.

The gravitar works fine but when I try to add an image for a testimonial
the image name is duplicated in the img tag.
