[Plugin: The OpenHook Customizations Manager] Upgrading plugin blew out all my code. help!

I just upgraded my openhook plugin and it completely erased all the code I had in my header and footers. Is there any way to get this info back? Please help as my site currently doesn’t have a nav bar.
