[Plugin: Theme Test Drive] "Usage" options doesn't appear

I have problem with Theme Test Drive ver 2.8.3 like on this screen http://www.i-plywanie.pl/problem.jpg

It doesn’t display any option in “Usage” menu – where is the problem?
