Plugin & Theme updates not showing

    Hi,
    I am using this plugin for a long time, I never faced this issue before. But now it’s a serious issue. All of my sites are affected by this issue.

    I tried “Reset All Settings”
    I tried to disable custom WP-Admin page.

    Nothing work, only disabling the “WP Hide & Security Enhancer” plugin works.

    Please help me to find out the exact issue.

    Hi,
    I’m not sure, if you disabled all plugin options and still not show the updates, i don’t see the conflict..
    What hosting are you using?

    Shared hosting on FastComet. I am also surprised after knowing the issue.

    Can you check on your hosting dashboard if there’s a cache, if so can you disable it?

    Can you confirm you reset all plugin options and the issue persists?

    I contacted with my Hosting provider, but they can’t find any issue from their end. I tried to reset all options. But nothing happened.

    I’m trying to get access to a demo account at FastComet so we can check into this further.. hopefully they will grant access.

    Hi, I think the problem has gone automatically. Now the updates are showing.
