[Plugin: Thesis OpenHook] Not showing in menu

    Upgrading to version 3 should fix this. In v.3, OpenHook adds 3 menu items:

    Under the Thesis menu, there is a link to the Thesis Hooks panel of OpenHook.
    Under the Appearance menu, there is a link to the WordPress Hooks panel of OpenHook.
    And under the Settings menu, there is a link to the OpenHook main panel.
