[Plugin: Tiled Galleries Carousel Without Jetpack] Include plugin in a theme?

Hi,
I need to include this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tiled-gallery-carousel-without-jetpack/ in my theme. I mean without plugin activation: when I activate my theme, plugin should already work 🙂

I tryed to use require_once(); for main plugin’s file, but there is also .js and .css files that I can’t include. Because I don’t know how to change their paths.

Please can you help me?
