plugin timed out then 500 internal server error

    Brand new site, everything up-to date. When I clicked the ‘backup’ button the plugin started chugging away…and timed out. Internal server error. Had to delete the plugin manually from plugin directory and it took the site another few minutes to come back up.

    Sorry to hear you ran into trouble. Did you open up a ticket? this is very unusual so would like to see any logs that were produced.
