[Plugin: Tippy] IE 8 issue – not working?

I have installed Tippy on one of my sites:

It works great on my computers – I’m using IE9. But my client who is using IE8 says that the Tippy popups aren’t working. It’s kinda strange, because she said that they worked when we initially installed it.

Have you heard of any IE8 problems or other browser incompatibilities?
