Plugin to create individual user galleries/ media libraries?

Hi, I’m looking for a plugin or a solution that will allow me to create seperate galleries and media libraries for users.

The scenario: a family website with the ability for users to create private posts and upload photos.

Currently, through the use of various plugins, I’ve been able to make it so that a user can specify which other users are allowed to see a post they make and which users can’t.

The problem: the built in media library in wordpress is shared, meaning you can see other pictures that other users have uploaded.

I’ve tried using plugins like Role Manager to see if I can change a users capability, but the problem lies in the fact that there is only one media library, and you either have access to it or you don’t.

Nextgen plugin? Nextgen almost does what I want. It allows users to create galleries and be only able to manage theirs. The problem is that it still allows you to see all other galleries.

WPG2? This seems like it would do what I want it to, but it’s a little difficult to work with, and this site is aimed at people who aren’t very computer savvy.

So, to end a topic, is there a plugin that will allow users access to their own media libraries/galleries, and not other users? A way to create distinct media libraries in wordpress?
