Plugin to Host Failure

Hello,

Essentially, I have installed a theme, but sadly when the mandatory plugins went to be installed onto WP, it cam up with an error message, which read:

“Downloading install package from http://www.howardconsulting.je/wp-content/themes/lawbusiness/framework/admin/inc/plugins/cmsms-contact-form-builder.zip…
Download failed. couldn’t connect to host”

Any ideas that could fix this problem?
