Plugin to search all php files for code?

    Does anyone have a recommendation for a plugin where i can search all files in editor for a piece of code that i want to take out? Not sure what such a plugin is called if there is one to even begin searching for it.

    I tried these two:
    Advanced Code Editor – doesnt seem to do what i want
    String Locator – server errors out
