Hi @beta6484 the closest thing I am aware of is a premium plugin (not an official WordPress offering) called GravityPDF, which is focused on turning forms into documents:

You would still have to do some custom work to integrate a plugin like this with some ecommerce functionality, using a plugin like WooCommerce
